Our people are the key to our success. We place great value on the people who work for us and by recruiting and retaining the best staff in the industry we continue to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

DES’ team of construction professionals has excellent technical, design and project management capabilities. Continuity is strong: staff turnover is low, and between them the directors have a total of 50 years’ service with the company.

We are structured broadly into the following three operational areas:

  • Pre-contracts incorporating marketing and business development.
  • Design and delivery which includes our office, site based managers, tradesman and labour.
  • Commercial and procurement.

These are supported by the director team, administration, HR, finance, health & safety and environment and IT functions.
