Overview:
Cabot Place Shopping Centre is one of the largest shopping complexes in London Docklands. It snakes underneath several buildings and is well connected to the local transport links. DES electrical was contracted to implement a complete electrical fit-out of the Citibank branch based on the Promenade Level, Cabot Place East.
Details of works:
Installation of authorised lighting control systems incorporating a complete L.E.D lighting solution.
A fire alarm system extension integrated into the Canary Wharf fire alarm system.
Remote power & fault monitoring system for 6 No metered supplies.
Monitored leak detection system for the A.C system.
UPS complete with Bypass for essential services small power installation to offices, public areas & staff areas.
